Levant Erbil ordering app · Last updated 28 September 2026

This page explains what the Levant Erbil app collects when you order, why, and who can see it. The app is run by Levant Erbil, Empire World, Empire Business Complex, Erbil. It was built, and is hosted, by Black Automation (blackautomation.net) on Levant's behalf.

What we collect

Only what an order needs, and only when you place one:

There are no accounts and no passwords. You pay in cash on delivery, so the app never sees card or bank details.

Your location

On the delivery details screen the app asks your phone for its location, to put the pin on your door. It asks only while that screen is open, never in the background, and never at any other time. You can say no and set the pin on the map yourself, or type your address instead. Only the pin you confirm is sent, and only with your order.

Why we use it

We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell them, and the app has no analytics or tracking.

Who sees it

Two outside services are involved: the map in the app is drawn from OpenStreetMap, whose servers see your phone's internet address when map pieces load; and if you book a table, the app opens WhatsApp with your booking written out, which you choose to send. Nothing else leaves our server.

On your phone

The app keeps your basket, your language, your name, number and address details, and links to your recent orders on your phone, so you don't have to type them again. Deleting the app removes them.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept as the restaurant's record of what was sold and delivered. They are not deleted automatically. You can ask for your orders and your number to be deleted at any time (see below).

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, call Levant Erbil on 0774 005 0005.
